5 minutes from the Pacific Palisades village, the Highlands offers all the amenities of the Palisades – great public schools, services, stores, but because it’s an extra 2 mile drive up from Sunset Blvd off the PCH, the prices are deeply discounted.
Consider though that the handful of Upscale Condo Complexes in the Highlands offer Tennis Courts, a Fitness Center, a Pool, and there is also great hiking trails and Ocean & Mountain views surrounding you. A quality of life exists here that few people seem to know about.
